2. Terms and Conditions of Research Services

• The Research Services will be limited to providing independent research recommendation and shall not be involved in any advisory or portfolio allocation services.
• The Research Analyst never guarantees the returns on the recommendation provided.
• Investment/trading in stocks/Index or other securities is always subject to market risk. Past performance is never a guarantee of same future results.
• The Research Analyst shall not be responsible for any loss to the Investors.

3. Disciplinary History

• There are no pending material litigations or legal proceedings against the Research Analyst.
• As on date, no penalties / directions have been issued by SEBI under the SEBI Act or Regulations.

4. Details of its associates

5. Disclosures with respect to Research and Recommendations Services

• The Research Analyst or any of its officer/employee does not trade in securities which are subject matter of recommendation.
• There are no actual or potential conflicts of interest.
• Research Analyst or its employee or its associates have not received any compensation from the company which is subject matter of recommendation.
• Research Analyst or its employee or its associates have not managed or co-managed the public offering of any company.
• The subject company was not a client of Research Analyst during twelve months preceding the date of recommendation services provided.

As per SEBI guidelines, if a client requests to cancel the subscription, a refund shall only be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period. The refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the charges for the services already availed, including applicable taxes and administrative fees.

Important: Refunds will not be provided for the period of services already availed, irrespective of the client's satisfaction with the recommendations or the outcome of trades.

By subscribing to our services and making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.

1. Scope of Services

• Publishing research reports on securities.
• Buy/Sell/Hold recommendations.
• Price targets and investment rationale.
• Market analysis and insights.
• Ethical / Shariah-compliant screening where applicable.

2. Fee Structure

• Maximum fee: Rs. 1,51,000 per annum per family.
• Fees are exclusive of statutory charges such as GST.
• Advance fee collection is limited to one quarter (3 months).
• Payment methods: cheque, NEFT, RTGS, and UPI through banking channels.
• No cash payments are accepted.

3. No Guarantee of Returns

• The Research Analyst cannot guarantee returns, profits, accuracy, or risk-free outcomes.
• Views are based on available data and assumptions as of the date of preparation.
• Investments are subject to market risks.
• Losses incurred on investments cannot be claimed from the Research Analyst.

4. No Execution of Trades

• The Research Analyst cannot execute buy/sell transactions on behalf of clients.
• Clients should not authorize trade execution by the Research Analyst.

5. Refund and Termination Policy

• On premature termination by either party, proportionate refund may apply for the unexpired period.
• Fees already earned for services rendered are non-refundable.

6. Client Acknowledgment

• The Research Analyst cannot execute trades on the client's behalf.
• Fees are subject to regulatory limits.
• There is no guarantee of returns.
• Market risks apply to all investments.
• Any security holdings by the Research Analyst, where relevant, will be disclosed separately.

7. Prohibition on Assured Returns Schemes

Any assured, guaranteed, or fixed-return scheme (or similar arrangement) is prohibited by law and will not be offered.
